The Amoda Maa Foundation exists to support the living transmission of truth, love, and conscious presence. As a nonprofit spiritual foundation, it is the vessel for Amoda Maa’s teachings, dedicated to nurturing the awakening of a new humanity, rooted in openness and compassion.

Through retreats, gatherings, writings, and online offerings, the Foundation helps ensure that the light of awareness can be shared more widely in the world.
Our vision is simple — to support the blossoming of human consciousness so that the truth of freedom and the radiance of being may illuminate life in all its forms.

Why Support Matters
The work of the Foundation is sustained through tuition from retreats and gatherings, as well as through donations and offerings of love.
Your support helps ensure that these teachings remain accessible, that retreats and events can continue, and that books and recordings may reach those who long for the clarity of truth. Every contribution, whether through tuition or donation, is part of the circle of giving that makes this work possible.
Support also helps sustain the essential infrastructure of the Foundation — including staff and volunteer coordination, audio-visual resources, online visibility, and the creation of books and recordings.
The Amoda Maa Foundation is a nonprofit spiritual foundation, recognized as a 501(c)(3) in 2022 and serving as a nonprofit entity since 2023. All donations are tax-deductible in the U.S.

Annual Fundraiser
Each year we hold a special fundraising campaign to support the ongoing growth and visibility of the Foundation.
Our current 2026 Fundraiser aims to raise $35,000 to sustain our creative collaboration and outreach work for the coming year.
Scholarship Support
From time to time, the generosity of donors makes it possible to offer scholarships to those with genuine financial need, allowing them to participate in retreats or programs that would otherwise be out of reach.

Legacy Gifts
