In this Online Meeting, Kavi will explore how we can bring the light of awareness to the physical form and how inhabiting an inner space with our presence has a direct impact on holistic well-being.
He will also include a “Cellular Meditation” to guide you into a visceral knowing of wholeness and harmony within.
Kavi says … “My aim with these meetings is to facilitate a deeper understanding and exploration of where the spiritual (nondual) meets the world of form (body, symptoms and beliefs). I am not so much concerned with the specific lifestyle choices we make, but the place that we make them from.”
There will be time for direct dialogue and Q&A.
The meeting is 90 minutes in duration.
