Your membership renews automatically (either every 6 months or annually, depending on which membership you are subscribed to). You may choose to cancel at any time, but there are no refunds.

It is your responsibility to make a note of the dates and times for all the meetings. These details are posted in the Members Portal (which you access by logging in to your account). You will also receive a monthly Sangha Newsletter by email, with a reminder of dates and any other news.

All meetings will be recorded and shared with sangha members only. If you interact personally with Amoda Maa or Kavi during these meetings, your image will appear on video recordings. You give full permission for this recording to take place.

You agree to respect and honor the openness, honesty and integrity of all members of the community. All sharings are confidential and you will not share them with anyone outside of the sangha.

If you choose to participate in a Friendship Circle (optional), your contact details will be shared with the members of your circle, to support connection and mutual communication within that group.

Your mental and physical health are your responsibility. The teachings, meditations, and guidance offered in the community meetings are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical treatments or therapy.

This is a community for mature individuals who respect, honor and support the unique journey of each member and the gift of Amoda’s and Kavi’s guidance. Should a member demonstrate a lack of maturity or respect to another member, to Amoda, or to Kavi, our Admin Team reserves the right to immediately cancel the member's membership upon written notice to the member. Should this situation arise, no refund will be given for any time remaining in the member’s membership.

By participating in the Field of Love Online Sangha, you hereby waive any and all claims against Amoda Maa, Kavi, or the Amoda Maa Foundation. And you release from liability and agree not to sue for any personal injury or damage as a result of participation in this community.

The membership program is in an ongoing state of evolution in accordance with the needs of the sangha and the changing times, as well as our own teaching schedule. We (the Amoda Maa Teachings team) reserve the right to change the terms and membership details/benefits at any time. 

Whilst we (Amoda and Kavi) will do our utmost to prevent any clashing of dates, due to our ever-evolving teaching schedule we may have to travel or be away teaching an in-person retreat. If this is the case, we will inform you in advance of any changes to the membership meeting dates and times.
