at the Borden Estate Mansion, New York

Held at a beautiful mansion in the Hudson Valley of New York, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Shawangunk Ridge, rolling meadows, forests, and spring-fed ponds, this 7-day retreat is an opportunity to gather in the heart of being for deep nourishment and connection to our true nature.

You will be joined by a community of warm-hearted people, dedicated to the truth of awakening. In this amplified frequency field, there is a potent transmission of love and awareness that allows a deep inner transformation.

Each day includes a discourse from Amoda, a guided meditation, silent meditation, and ample time for dialogue and inquiry.

Kavi will sitting side by side with Amoda, and he will offer additional wisdom and guidance. We have found that this creates a beautiful dance of masculine and feminine that is much appreciated by those who love our teachings. Together, we will support you on your journey of living the truth of freedom in the midst of everyday life.

We will also enjoy three delicious vegetarian meals together, time for relaxation in your room or in the many elegant living spaces and patios, walks on the many surrounding nature trails, and enjoying each other’s company and friendship. We have found this to be one of the much appreciated aspects of a retreat. In the evenings, we may enjoy an informal poetry or live music offering, hanging out together on the porch or around a fire, or a little light dancing.

ACCOMMODATION —

There are Single (limited availability), Double (two people sharing) and Shared (3 or 4 people) rooms available, all located on the second and third floors of the Mansion House. There are several private bathrooms (not communal) on each floor, and these are for shared use.

Please note, there is no guest elevator and all rooms are accessible by stairs only.

All Single, Double and Shared rooms have twin beds. The rooms are spacious and elegantly furnished.

On the ground floor, there is ample space to lounge in the break-times, either indoors or on the extensive covered porch overlooking the grounds.

There is high-speed wi-fi throughout the Mansion House.

In addition, there are just two premium rooms (one of each type) —

Queen with Ensuite (single or couple)

King with Ensuite (couple only)

For Shared Accommodation —

If you are booking a Double Room (two people sharing, twin beds), you will be asked at registration if you’d like to share with a friend. Otherwise, another person of the same gender will be allocated to share with you. You can also choose a Double Room (two twin beds) as a couple, if no other option is available.

In some cases, if a Double Room does not fill up, you may have the room to yourself (but we cannot guarantee this).

Rooms for 3 or 4 sharing will be same gender (male or female) only.

Please note — for all shared accommodation, we aim to assign fewer individuals than there are beds in each room in order to guarantee as much spaciousness as possible. For example, a room with 5 beds is likely to have only three individuals, and a room with 3 beds is likely to be for only two people.

Commuter Places — it is also possible to stay in accommodations close by (hotel, Airbnb, your own home), but you are required to join us for the three daily meals and all activities.


MEALS —

Three delicious vegetarian meals will be served daily. There will be a selection of dishes, with vegan and gluten-free options, using farm fresh and organic ingredients. Meals will be lovingly and expertly prepared by a private chef, “Chef Wendy Grossman “.

Refreshments will also be available throughout the day.


HOW TO GET THERE —

BY AIR: The closest airport is Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY (although flights may be limited depending on your departure city, visit  www.stewartintlairport.com for more information). It is a 20-minute drive or taxi ride to Borden Estate.

Borden Estate is also accessible from Albany, JFK, and Newark International Airports.

From Albany, it is a 1.5-2 hour drive (there is no public transport).

BY CAR: Borden Estate is located 70 miles (1.5-2 hour drive) from New York City. It is accessible from Highway 87. There is ample on-site parking at the venue.

BY TRAIN: The nearest train station is Beacon, NY (Metro-North Railroad) with a 30-minute taxi ride to Borden Estate. More train info at https://new.mta.info/mta-stations/beacon

(It may be possible to arrange a ride-share closer to the retreat date and after registration.)

REGISTRATION —

To register before May 1st, a $300 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your place. After May 1st, tickets are payable in full.

Cost Per Person to attend the retreat at Borden Estate (includes all tuition & activities, accommodation, meals & refreshments):

Single – $2,750

Double, MALE or FEMALE (or COUPLE) – $2,550

Shared (3 or 4 to a room), MALE or FEMALE – $2,450

Queen Ensuite — $3,250 (single) or $3,050 (couple)

King Ensuite — $3,150

Commuter (three meals included) — $1,850

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION —

There are currently no Covid restrictions in the USA, but we highly recommend that if you feel unwell you do not attend this retreat. By participating in this event you agree to take full responsibility for your physical and mental well-being.

We highly recommend that international travelers take out insurance.

In the unlikely circumstance of the retreat being cancelled due to a travel ban or any other global restrictions, your ticket deposit will be transferred to a replacement online Retreat at Home and the remaining balance will be refunded.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS —

Tickets must be paid in full by May 1st.

50% of balance is refundable if cancelled before May 31st.

There is no refund if cancelled after May 31st.
